Making an offer at a price that works
I’m currently looking at a multi family with an asking price of 250k with 1850 in gross rent. I’ve got a pre-approval, but it doesn’t make sense for me unless it’s 200k or less at those rents. I would like to make an offer at this target. Do I go lower and then try and split, or should I share my position and stick to 200k?
