Hello All, 

Does anyone buy vacant land to build investment properties? I am looking to hear some of your pro's and con's to building investment properties. Or if anyone is totally against it I would love to hear why? Any Advice or guidance is appreciated. 

Some quick background. I recently came into a piece of land at a very good price and am throwing around the idea of building a Triplex.
