Buying on Long Island

Hello Everyone,

I am considering flipping in the Long Island, NY area. Inventory is low and prices have been steadily climbing. Is it still a good idea to jump in now?

Thank you!

James

@James Lee

No one can answer that question without looking at any deal numbers. Investing decisions are made by looking at the analysis.

That being said, some areas on Long Island are making it difficult for flippers to make solid returns. But, homes are still selling short and going to auction and being foreclosed on. Prices are more of a problem than the actual inventory.
