Flipping In Atlanta, GA
When is the best time to buy fixer uppers?? And when is the best time to sell those newly renovated fixer uppers? By this upcoming November, 2018, I will have the money necessary to fund my first flip, of course since it's my first flip I want to purchase for as little as possible and sell it for the most I possibly can while still selling it quickly. Any advice on the Atlanta, GA market trends specifically would help tremendously! Thanks!

@Chance Stevens the correct answer is NOW. The good deals dont wait for you they are out there as i am writing this post. You cant wait for the right time of year. If you do a google search you will most likley find charts and graphs on when is the best time to buy and best time to sell but knowing what I know about the Pittsburgh market with 25 years plus experience the best time is right now.
