Waive Real Estate Agent Commission - Flipping

Hey BP,

Had a question, which I have asked my Broker. (awaiting response...)

But wanted to get your thoughts of the advantages of being an agent for flips from a "commission savings" standpoint.

Assuming I can use my license and represent myself (my LLC) on the buy side to waive commission and reduce that percentage from the purchase price.

And subsequently listing the finished product myself and paying the transaction fees / costs associated to the process.

As a sales partner of a brokerage, is this typically acceptable? Do most broker allow this / is it specific per broker? - I've read articles and books such like "Finding and Funding Great Deals" by Anson young (thanks to BP for that one). But in most cases they ARE the brokers in this scenario so I just want some more clarity whether this is typically feasible / accepted by most brokers if you're just a regular sales partner..

Thanks All!
