Strategies for finding/verifying contractors?
When you first started out with fix and flips and didn't know any contractors, what were your strategies for
1. Determining how much money/effort would be required for the needed fixes
2. Vetting contractors and ensuring that they are asking for something reasonable and will finish on time.
