Book Recommendation for Wholesaling?

I get a lot of folks approaching me claiming they are serious about getting involved in real estate. My experience tells me that most of them are not really serious as it usually doesn't move beyond the conversation. BiggerPockets used to have a free ebook that I was recommending to folks. But I see that is no longer available. Is there another good book on wholesaling that I should recommend to folks? I usually use this as the litmus test to determine whether or not folks are really serious about getting involved in real estate. Anyone who comes back to me confirming that they read the book and is ready to get started at least shows some basic signs of being serious about this Biz. Thanks in advance everyone.
