Hi all,

I am investigating SW FL specifically Cape Coral, Ft Myers and Port Charlotte. I am based in Boston and am searching for a good real estate agent that is accustomed to working with out of state investors. Does anyone have any recommendations that they are willing to share with me? Thank you!!
