New investor to Pittsburgh Pa
@Alex Aguilar roughly 100-200k for the most part. Could be less if fixer upper or less quality neighborhood or more if a nice renovated 4 unit or nicer area.

Thanks Jeremy Taggart !
@Alex Aguilar Hi Alex. There are so many more factors that come into play with those market grades that it would be beneficial to include more specifics. But definitely expect to pay 100k+. Gary
IMO, in a B neighborhood you'll spend more than $200k, C neighborhood more than $100k. In general, there are a lack of SMFs in PGH. Bellevue has a lot of SMFs but the taxes eat up too much of your cash flow. LMK if you have any specific questions on areas or anything PGH related.
Depends if you are willing to do work or not. In some areas I've been successful getting multifamily in the 70-100k range that need cosmetic work.
All depends on what you are willing to do work wise.

Thanks Geno McCourt and Anthony Angotti that’s some great advice. I really appreciate the home town knowledge.
