I personally am looking at B and C houses in B neighborhoods. But I am curious what people are finding in any class of neighborhood.

Looking to invest in small multi-families (2-4 units) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I’ll be flying out there later this month. What can I expect to pay for one in a B or C neighborhood? I know that’s not super specific, but any advice I would greatly appreciate. Thank you!
I was thinking about investing in small multi-families in Pittsburgh, PA. Does anyone have any advice? Also what neighborhoods would be considered B and C neighborhood in Pittsburgh? I understand it is mostly opinion based, but I’m curious to hear them.

Thanks again for the reply @Sarah G.. I can't say how much I appreciate it. I was wondering how do you have the house open for showing and what not being so far away? Do you know someone within the city helping you?

And thank you Jacob and Peter. I'm going to look into real property management.
