First tIme purchase, rehab with in law apartment
Hello BP World,
I would like to purchase a home that needs work, but is currently habitable. This property has an in law
apartment that needs a complete gut. It could be a studio or 1br with garage beneath for 50k. The place is
for 139k. It has been on the market quite a while. Does anyone know how I can show this working on paper?
Im currently renting at 1k/mo. plus heat.....
