Best cities for fix and flips

Hi all, this is my first time posting in BP. I enjoy reading the articles and forums.

My husband and I are looking into doing fix and flips full time. We are both realtors in the Fort Lauderdale, FL. Our market has already appreciated so much, we're hesitant to try it here. We are open to relocating to another area of FL or out of state. I wanted to see if anyone has advice for us on cities/neighborhoods that may be good for this and any other pointers would be much appreciated.

Also are you finding deals through MLS, wholesalers or other?
