Kentucky Broker looking to connect with Sarasota RE Broker

First Bigger Pockets post! Been in the investing game for 5 or 6 years now in a small market in KY. This cold weather has driven the thought of making a move to the Sunshine state! We have friends in the Sarasota area that dabble in some annual and vacation condo rentals also. I am looking to develop a good relationship with a Broker or agent that is familiar with fix and flips, BRRRR, Multi units, and such. Also, I do plan to actively work as a broker/agent in the Sarasota area once the move takes place (hopefully this year!).
