Buying With the Intention to Live in the Home for a Year

Hi friends! For our first few deals, my husband and I plan to take out conventional loans so we can put a lower percent down. As many of you know that means we must have the “intention” to live in the home for a year. Are there any repercussions if we don’t wait a full year before buying and moving on to the next property?
