Need Reccomendation For Home Inspector in Chattanooga, Tennessee

I am in escrow on a 22-plex in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Can anyone recommend a very good, knowledgeable inspector? 

 Has anyone ever conducted a city inspection when purchasing a property that isn’t brand new? They are common in Newport Beach, California and in other areas.
