Good Day All

I am looking for advice please, I would like to start investing in USA real estate

I live in SOuth Africa and would like to know what is the best method of doing this

Would I need to register a company in USA?

Are international markets allowed to purchase property in the USA

Best payment methods to use?

Companies that will manage my property for me ?

Will appreciate any help I can get
