Looking for a brokerage firm that allows me to personally invest

Hello all,

I will be taking my RE license exam next month in Dallas, Texas and am looking for a brokerage firm. Is there a brokerage firm that allows me to personally invest in properties (top priority) and also work part time as a RE agent? Is it even possible to work part time as a RE agent? I have a full time job that is flexible with the schedule/hours.

My husband and I currently have two cash-flowing rental properties and hope to increase the number of units.
