Title transfer to LLC

With the recent tax law changes does it benefit me to transfer the title on my investment property mortgage from my name to a LLC? Also in the past most banks were reluctant to give a conventional loan to a LLC and the loan/title was issued in the mortgagors name. With the new tax laws possibly benefiting corporations will mortgagees be more lax with the acceleration clause and due on sale clause thereby allowing existing titles to be transferred to LLCs?
