Who is buying at the county sheriff sales in Northeast Ohio?

Greetings! Who out there is a regular when it comes to purchasing properties at the sheriff's foreclosure sales/ auctions in Northeast Ohio? This would include Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, and Portage counties. We are entering into this niche. Any advice about this would be great. Thanks!
