Curious inquiries (extra word)
We have some properties for sale both on our own website and craigslist. I've been getting these consistently phrased inquiries fairly regularly. I believe they're legit, it's just curious that they're phrased almost to the letter alike, as follows: "can you tell me what is gross income, who pays for utility, what is net income, who maintains it, what is asking price, occupancy rate and why are you selling" -- It's not that they're "bad" questions, but they're not the best questions for beginning a conversation. Does anyone know where this sort of thing originates or is copied and pasted from? Thanks much! Nothing more than idle curiousity.
