Hello guys I’m a newbie with 0% experience in real estate. My question is how can you gage where your market is? Does Anybody know wether the Dallas Ft Worth Area is a great place to invest right now? (Buying and holding purposes)

@Jerred Drake Absolutely! I have multiple properties in Plano and another in Farmers Branch. Dallas is a great place - and I specialize in buy and hold properties. I'm sure many others will agree with me, especially North Dallas, is a great place to own a rental.
