Once you decide the type of property you want to pursue, you will see there are plenty of deals out there. I think the key thing now is to be in it for the long run. Yes many have left, many are also starting to return as conditions are improving and i am getting more and more calls from mainlanders that are relocating here for various reasons. I wouldn't let the current situation damper your plans too much.
