Obtaining the Best Equity Loan to Purchase Rental

I am considering opening a home/rental equity loan. Idea being: borrow for a cash purchase on a rental property.

And I am not sure which direction to go to be honest - this is my first time to do this.

I bought a townhouse recently, but also recently moved out of the States and now rent this property out. This prop owes 150k on 200k prop value.

My best rental owes 100K and valued at 370K last time I checked.

I have great credit, good debt to equity, my income level is my weak spot.

Should I go for a home equity? Rental equity? Something else? Is this idea a bad one perhaps? Any and all ideas welcome. I have thick skin too so let me have it please.

Gracias.

D
