Hi All!! I have been reading the forums for some time, and I am wanting to build a rental portfolio. I have been driving neighborhoods, and receiving MLS reports from an agent to get a good feel for the market. I am some what in the real estate world as I am a licensed MLO as well.

What are 3 things you wish you knew before you started investing and holding real estate?
