Having issues getting in to multi-family houses for showings
I'm trying to have my real estate agent schedule showings for some multi-family properties, but a lot of them are not showing until an executed contract. I understand that it is in part because they have tenants currently occupying the property, but as it is my first property I would feel more comfortable if I am able to put my eyes on the inside before I make a decision. The listing doesn't have any pictures of the inside.
I don't know if you guys have had similar experiences in the past and how you guys have handled it before.
