How much will renovation cost at my co-op in Manhattan?

Greetings! 

I'm trying to figure out how much it would cost to renovate my co-op in Manhattan. It's a studio about 370 sqft. I'm thinking about upgrading the kitchen and bathroom. Nothing involving putting in new pipes or anything like that. More like putting in new cabinets, sinks, and new countertop in the kitchen. 

I've never done any remodeling before and I'm trying to get a estimate of how much and how long the work will take. I'm aware that co-op approval will take some time. I'm guessing 2 weeks to a month. 

How should I approach this? Who should I talk to? I'm also open to suggestions of reliable contractors in the area as well.
