BUYING DETROIT IN TODAY MARKET

There is alot of major cities in America but I dont think you can buy property at the certain amount anywhere an get the bang for your buck like Detroit. There at 10k 20k 40k 100k even 350k up to 2 million dollar properties an the cities values are still rising. Values since last year have went up 12.9% which no stock market can give that type of return in one year an the Rental Market is one of the best. Flipping Properties in the right areas are a no brainier an there are no need City inspections needed to do the rehab or to close.  Why not add at least two Properties from Detroit to your Real Estate Portfolio
