Hello BP Community,

I am planning on purchasing a small multi-family this summer in Long Beach, CA. I am looking for recommendations for investor friendly realtors and local lenders that offer competitive interest rate loans. I grew up in Long Beach and very familiar with the city. Looking to add a local agent and lender to my team.
