Investing in Willingboro, NJ

Hi all,

I'm looking to connect with investors and others familiar with the SNJ market. Lately, my focus has been on Willingboro, NJ. While the local economy isn't the strongest, there can be good cash flow when buying distressed properties. I saw that the City has an annual inspection and registration requirement. Are there any other requirements I should know? My offer for a short sale was recently accepted, and I'd appreciate your insight before I proceed.

Would love to know why you would(n't) buy in Willingboro. I'm looking for steady income and I'm ok with the property just maintaining its value (and not appreciating).

Thanks in advance!
