Selling Your Flip: Having 2 Agents Dual List a good idea?

BPers,

We've always used one agent to list our properties after we've completed our flips. We are now in a position where we are selling a property in a neighborhood (desirable community in LA) that we have two agents who specialize in the area. Because of price point, the property may not sell within our normal timeframe (2 weeks).

Both agents seem open to a dual listing, but not sure if that is a good strategy or just to choose one and go with them. Listing price will be $2.1-$2.2Mill.

Anyone have experience dual listing? Positives and Negatives? Suggestions?

Thanks so much!
