Wholesale deals in the Fort Bragg area

Hello all,

I'm living in North Carolina and in the Military so that means close to Fort Bragg. For the past two years I have been very interested in Real Estate Investing, and have been hearing how beneficial it is to start wholesaling houses first. So after some reading and research I believe I have a good idea on what to do. The only question I have is the paperwork and legal part of it all. Some confusion does set in like a purchase of sale agreement, and what lawyers to talk to and are there any active rehabbers out there? Are there any active wholesalers in the local Fayetteville community? If so what are your suggestions and recommendations, how do you go about achieving a good deal and putting it under contract? Im very excited and understand even having a full time job shouldn't stop me from attaining what I would truly love to do and that is Real Estate Investing. Please and knowledge and wisdom would be much appreciation and much enthusiasm. I am very motivated and very willing to work, help and learn in anyway as possible. Thank you for all the feedback and consideration.
