Tip of the Week when buying distressed properties-Termites

If you are in an area that is plagued with termites like we are here in Alabama, find a termite company that will do a free inspection before you make an offer.  I have a great guy I use.  He is with Terminix.  He looks at every property for free.  Of course, he does this hoping to find some Termites and get some work out of the deal.
