Is Atlanta still good for cash glow

hello All,

I am looking at Atlanta and wondering if I can buy something still there which makes sense and cash flow. Can we still get a SFR for 100-150k in a decent Neighbour hood for our if state investors. Any suggestions for neighborhoods, turnkey providers, real estate agents who can help. Thanks all.
