Moving to Denver, I need help!

Hey Everyone, Thanks for reading. I’m interested in hearing what people have to say in regards in building a reliable network of contractors without actually having to contract them. I am moving to Colorado and plan on buying when I get there but I want to create some presence in the service space beforehand so that I can hire the best people. Thanks for any input! Tom

Best of luck to you.  The best of contractors are scheduling their work several months out, at this point.  Finding a contractor that is reliable, does good work, is relatively inexpensive and is available for your project is a bit of a unicorn right now.
