Which website can filter by price/rent ratio

On the open market, I like to use 1.25% rule to scan potential deals for investment, but found it hard to do this automatically. Zillow can show both price estimate and rent estimate, what I would like is to divide these two and filter it by 1% or 1.25%.

Does anyone know which website can do this ?
