Hello BP What are your thoughts on investing in Chattanooga multi family real estate market ?. Preferably duplex, quad or small apartment complex. Will there be sufficient cash flow and rentals ? Have got couple of rentals in north Atlanta. Pls advice

Message me. Just came across several off market properties in East Brainerd near the mall. I'm viewing them on Dec 7. Duplexes and triplexs.
