    Have my eyes on a few different properties, a partner and I will be acquiring something in Q1 2018.

    The market seems to steady with plenty of good deals out there, I've noticed lot of activity downtown. Also I'm keeping my eye on the area north of downtown next to the patch of land the city is going to develop.
