Lately, I have been hearing about lucrative real estate opportunities In South Asia, specifically developing and selling condos/houses or buying and holding land for appreciation. I am interested in either opportunity but I want to know what I am getting into. Does anyone have experience in these types of opportunities in South Asian part of the world?
