Buying Foreclosures for Investment

Hi. I'd like to buy foreclosed homes to rent out. Thing is the bank says I need 20% down payment to buy the homes for investment purposes. Is there any way around this-I know the bank would rather sell the homes than hold onto it. Thing is I can only put down closer to 6% down. Thank You.
