Hello , I've placed a bid for 4.4 acres in my hometown on Jackson Ms. My plans are start a small starter housing community. $75,000 to $85,000 homes .What I need help with is where to start? Who pays for roads ? ,How many homes can I build on 4 acres ? and so many other questions . If any developers or investors would like to answer these feel free. Have a Great Sunday.
