Hello there - I'm looking to invest in some residential properties ( fix & flip/ buy and hold) in Corpus Christi, TX.  Looking for referrals on hard money lenders/ private lenders and a Realtor that specializes in investment properties.  Please respond with ideas/ referrals.  Thank you!
