Understanding Delayed Financing Exemption

Steven Denio

Hello All

I'm looking for more information on the delayed financing exemption in regards to the BRRRR strategy. Does this apply across the board in all states or do some states not honor this rule? I'm in the Oregon and Washington markets so I'm really trying to understand this exemption and if its available here. Any advice helps.

Thank you

@Steven Denio there are lots of misconceptions about the Delayed Financing rule.  I wrote a pretty lengthy article on the rules to understand and how to properly purchase a property with cash HERE Feel free to tag me and ask any further questions if you need.  Thanks!
