I have heard ads for roofstock.com Does anyone have any thoughts on using them to get started in investing in rental property? If not, are there any similar services you would recommend esp. for properties out of state? I live in CA and prices are through the roof! Thank you in advance!

it is the definition of buying at retail... If the #'s work... I say go... very plug and play... remember, website and marketing aside, it is all about the #'s.  If their numbers are real, and you like the return... go.
