Hi Guys,

wondering how many of us like to primarily work in a Niche market or one area vs. those who like to invest across the US or the world.

Pros and cons of why you do what you do?

Struggling to find a reason to invest out of my city where I would have a huge learning curve to learn about other states im not based in and having to compete against local investors in that area. However also scared of putting all my eggs in one basket.
