We are currently seeking a vacation home in Orlando, Florida close (hopefully within 5 mi) to Disney World. We want to spend time there and rent out when we aren't using. We have been considering the new Margaritaville cottages. I'd love to hear other experiences and recommendations on good investment locations near Disney.
