Milwaukee Notice of Public Nuisance
I own a 6 unit apartment in Milwaukee and i got a notice from the police department that my property is a public nuisance and they believe that there's some drug activity going on. They want me to act on this nuisance right away. Given that i am in California, what would you do if you were in my shoes? Should i hire an attorney? The apartment is under PM and they have had trouble filling the units. Please share your thoughts

I'd get on a plane and go evaluate the situation in person. I'd speak with the police department and our PM in person. And give the place and neighborhood a close look. The police may be right.
