best place to market. in Austin or suburbs?

i live directly in Austin and there are a lot of zip codes here.   So many other investors in this area. Everywhere you go you see bandit signs and all the investor facebook groups and i can only imagine the amount of direct mail that gets sent out.

How do i compete with these big investors who are sending thousands of mail pieces a week vs me who will be hitting 500-1000 a month to market fora flip.

Do you think i should still hit Austin even though there is so much competition? or should i hit a suburb that doesnt have as much competition
