Attn: Hilton Head / Bluffton South Carolina investors

Anyone have any experience with multifamily properties in Hilton Head, South Carolina (ie. Near Hilton Head National Golf Course)? Is this area landlord friendly? Any draconian landlord/Tenant laws I should be aware of? Do you think studio rentals would do well in this area? What type of demographic should I expect? What type of rents for a small studio can I expect? How is vacancy? All advice is welcomed and appreciated. Thank You
