Should I list my renovated home with agent or do FSBO zillow?

I've had great success in the past listing my home on Zillow and selling myself .  Usually buyer brings an agent, and I'm more than willing to pay them 3%.  Just wanting feedback--from other investors--as to whether or not this makes sense and why?  It would certainly be easier using an agent, but with everyone searching on Zillow these days I'm not sure if it's worth it to lose that extra 3% if I can do myself.  I enjoy the process of getting calls, and doing showings.  Current home in question is listed at $270,000.  Does it matter the price point as to whether you should use full service agent?

Do you know how to make sure your home appraises? Do you know how to handle the home inspection negotiations? Do you know how to properly vet the buyers financial position? Do you know how to vet the lender to see if they know what they are doing? Do you know how to work through lending and title problems if they arise? Do you know what buyers agents have a good or bad reputation for preparing their buyers for the realities of the sales and home inspection process?  Do you know what buyers agents have a good or bad reputation for making the process easy or hard?
