Should I list my renovated home with agent or do FSBO zillow?

I've had great success in the past listing my home on Zillow and selling myself .  Usually buyer brings an agent, and I'm more than willing to pay them 3%.  Just wanting feedback--from other investors--as to whether or not this makes sense and why?  It would certainly be easier using an agent, but with everyone searching on Zillow these days I'm not sure if it's worth it to lose that extra 3% if I can do myself.  I enjoy the process of getting calls, and doing showings.  Current home in question is listed at $270,000.  Does it matter the price point as to whether you should use full service agent?
