Which is the good market near Orlando,Fl?

What is the good area nearby Orlando, FL? Is Ocala, Leesburg are good for investment? 

I have cash 100k plus but it is hard to find good deal on Orange county and Seminole county. Any suggestions?

Padma,

You may be able to find something for that dollar amount further out like Leesburg. Look in Lake or Citrus County. Pasco county you can also find some deals
